This is a brand new tool from DaSoft. It is basically a BotNet system that can start a UDP flood against an IP address (hack forums got attacked by a UDP botnet a couple of months ago). Each infected computer can support up to 150 sockets (connections to IP address). Here is a list of the features for the limited public version:
